Colours:
Of course you may ask for specific colours. In case a medieval costume is not in stock in your colour, I manufacture it in the respective colour, if time allows and if I have the colour in stock. This service is available to you free of charge.

Price and rental time:
The rental price is 39,- Euro per weekend (of course every other weekday is also possible) for a medieval costume with accessories.
For a combination of cotte (dress worn as an undergarment) and surcot the rental price is 49,- Euro
If you do not come and collect the costumes, you will also have to pay for postage.
These prices are applicaple only for a rental duration of up to 10 days, from the day on which I send the garments to you to the day on which I receive them again.
Should the agreed rental time be exceeded, we charge the above mentioned rental price for every week or the security deposit returned!

Security Deposit:
I take a security deposit for the eventuality that the medieval costumes are damaged. In this case I would retain the security deposit. You may then keep the damaged Costume and don't have to return it.
The security deposit is the difference between the rental price and the purchase price. This means that, if you damage the cotume, you would in fact purchase it for the regular shop price. As the difference is usually not as great as one thinks, this procedure is mostly not as expensive as one might think. That is why I have added the purchase price for each costume above. You may even like your costume so much that you decide to purchase it after you have rented it. In this case I would only keep the security deposit and the costume is yours.
The medieval costumes are sent to you by cash on delivery (except if you collect them).
The amount to be paid in cash on delivery is the purcase price of the garment (rental price plus security deposit) plus shipment.
As soon as the costumes are returned to me undamaged (within 10 days after I sent them! Otherwise the rental price is charged anew!), and after an inspection for damages, I will transfer the security deposit to your bank account.
Please don't send the costumes back cash on delivery (these won't be accepted), as I must first examine if they are undamaged.
If the costume is collected, then, of course, you do not have to pay for shipment, and the fees (and the return of the security deposit) are paid in cash.

Cleaning:
The final cleaning is inclusive. This means that you wash the costume once (80 degrees, except the girdle) and I do the rest. There is no need to doubt: the costumes are made of cotton and the material amy be cooked. If you do not want to wash the costumes, a fee of 5,- Euro is due (with a combination of two costumes 10,- Euro).
I would be very thankful if you took over the initial cleaning (no need to iron the costumes, it may be returned totally wrinkled)!

Reductions:
If you rent 10 costumes or more, you get a price reduction of 10 per cent!
If you rent 20 costumes or more, you get a price reduction of 15 per cent!
If you rent 35 costumes or more, you get a price reduction of 20 per cent!
If you rent 50 costumes or more, you get a price reduction of 25 per cent!
